Coordinator Missy Grimmett

It is my honor and pleasure to welcome you to the Gahanna-Jefferson Preschool program. My name is Missy Grimmett and I am proud to serve as the coordinator of our preschool programs at Clark Hall and Goshen Lane Elementary. I am delighted that our preschool program can be the first school experience for our youngest learners in Gahanna.

Our preschool staff are committed to creating inclusive and nurturing environments that support each student's individual and developmental needs. We strive to develop the foundational skills for social, academic, and school readiness while helping students develop a deeper sense of belonging.

Our program takes pride in the relationships and connections we develop with our students and families. Our preschool staff are masterful at engaging preschoolers through play based learning using individual student interests. We focus on the strengths of our preschoolers and celebrate milestones and accomplishments. We work collaboratively to develop interventions to support the unique needs of each child so they can develop confidence and become more independent learners.

We are excited to share all that our program has to offer your child and family and believe you will soon feel as we do, that Gahanna-Jefferson Preschool is a special place for all children. Our teachers and support staff are ready to welcome you into our school family!
